Today I bring you Tyler Christopher who played Nikolas Cassadine on General Hospital. The long lost son of Laura Spencer, a prince, the true love of the departed Emily, Nikolas spent years trying to escape the curse of being Prince Nikolas. He was a member of the fab four of Nikolas, Lucky, Emily and Elizabeth as they became friends, solved mysteries over the years.

Today we’ve got Ingo Rademacher who played Jasper “Jax” Jacks on General Hospital, a corporate raider who always seemed to fall for the same women as Sonny. When he was with Brenda he was part of one of the most heated love triangles in daytime and then he got mixed up with Carly, once again pitting him against his old rival. He was usually a fun character, and a great voice of reason against Sonny.

1) One Tree Hill
This is a show that I have had kind of a yo-yo relationship with. I would pick it up and then drop it, pick it up and drop it again. One of the things I always loved about it though was when I would come back I could quickly figure out what was going on. This final season has been amazing, a full on emotional roller coaster. The other night my boyfriend came in when I was finished with an episode to ask me what could be so wrong since I was having a pretty ugly cry.
2) General Hospital
I obviously love me soapy stories. GH was my show starting when I was twelve until about 4 years ago when OLTL took over since it was so much better. Now though since GH has a new creative team it has quickly become must see TV in the afternoon. I can pretty much tell you every afternoon at 2 o’clock local time I am on my couch watching what’s happening in the town of Port Charles. A few months ago I could barely sit through an episode, most of the time turning it off just a few minutes in because it wasn’t keeping my attention.
3) The Big Bang Theory
I will never forget the first time I saw this show, I was watching the pilot online through yahoo. I had heard about it, thought it was actually pretty silly from what had been written. It wasn’t bad at all then, and I started to watch it every week on CBS, it’s one of my favorite shows ever. Seriously I can’t believe how many hours I can waste watching this show, especially the nights the reruns are on TBS. I love all the characters, though I think I relate the most to Penny at times. When you get down to it, she is really the outsider.
4) How I Met Your Mother
I started watching this during the second season, but quickly worked on getting caught up later on thanks to DVD’s and reruns. I have always wanted to play “Have you met _name_of_friend_?” The adventures that this gang have might be a little off beat and crazy at times but come on don’t we all have some sort of crazy set of stories? Okay so most of us probably haven’t gotten into a fight with a goat, or waited for doppelgangers to decide when we start a family, but isn’t that part of the fun of it?
5) Mad About You
Okay I know this isn’t anything new, however I TiVo reruns from WGN every single day. I love this show; I adore watching Jamie and Paul navigate their relationship while trying to balance family, friends and work with each other. Though when they get to the episodes where they start to question their relationship they’re hard for me to watch because you feel like Jamie and Paul are your friends going through a rough patch.

Today I bring you Jacob Young. He’s played three very important son’s on three very different soaps. He’s currently playing Rick Forrester on The Bold and The Beautiful, where he got his soap start in the 90’s. He’s also played Lucky Spencer on General Hospital and of course JR Chandler on All My Children. He’s also performed on Broadway in Beauty and The Beast.

Today I bring you Bradford Anderson who plays Spinelli on General Hospital. He’s got a cult like following thanks to his fun, spirited performance as the jackal who once lived for BBQ chips and Orange Soda. Spinelli became one of GH’s most loved characters (though some might disagree) as he was woven into the canvas and fell in love with Maxie. Bradford is also a talented singer and a member of the group Port Chuck with castmates Scott Reeves, Brandon Barash and Steve Burton.

Happy John McBain day! Today is the day that we get to see super cop John McBain show up in Port Charles, NY and on General Hospital.
This won’t be Michael Easton’s first time in Port Charles though, many of you remember him as vampire Caleb.

Jason Cook first caught my attention when he played Shawn-Douglas Brady on Days of our Lives, the son of super couple Bo and Hope Brady. He’s now on General Hospital, playing Dr. Matt Hunter where he gets to play a character very different from Shawn. Plus I’m partial to the idea of Matt getting together with Elizabeth.

This guy has been killing his scenes lately. He’s had tons of juicy, delicious material to work with. The fall out of finding out his mother was Claudia to his interactions with Carly. Really Carly and Johnny are HOT. Brandon came on for a small role, he and we got lucky that he stuck around.

It has taken me a while to warm up to his character, but over the last few months and especially the last couple of weeks I have grown to really love Michael Corinthos as played by Chad Duell. I can not wait to see what the new powers that be have in store for him now that Starr Manning is in town.

For today, I bring you someone I have loved in all three of his soap roles. Scott Clifton has brought to life Dillon, Schuyler, and Liam to life. During his time on General Hospital I rooted for Dillon and Georgie to be together and make it work. They were one of my all time favorite teen couples (the other being Robin and Stone, Karen and Jagger). I still cry when I watch the scenes when Dillon returns and finds out that Georgie was murdered.
During his time on One Life to Live, I got to see him in a more grown up role and he killed it. I kept hoping something would happen that could keep Schuyler from from ending up in prison. I even like him as Liam, I just am not sure why Liam puts up with Hope or Steffy on The Bold and The Beautiful.
